About a month before renewal for my home and auto policies I found out that my agent was no longer in business. I called Mountcastle and was introduced to Carmen Thomas. She worked with my past carrier to get coverage.

I was able to be seen quickly to square away the purchase of a new car. Suzy was very accommodating and explained everything well and made the whole process so easy. It was a pleasant experience from the time I was greeted out front to the time I left!

Please save yourself the trouble, look somewhere else. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! If I could give a 0 I would! They do not care about their customers!!!
